How do I order a set of clubs, for example, a fairway wood set (3,5 & 7)?

For certain products, there is an option for you to buy clubs in a set. This option is usually marked as a "special offer" and will show "set".

When you choose to order a set, these clubs will be matching. However, when OptinGolfer.com displays that the set is unavailable, you might be able to order the clubs individually.

Also, be aware that buying the actual set of clubs, as compared to ordering the same individual clubs in one order, will differ in price.

*Please note: For those of you who piece your clubs sets together, we cannot guarantee they will match. To ensure a matching set, it is best to order them as a set. Buying individual clubs does NOT ensure a matching set.


What is a demo club?

A demo club is a used club that has been tested by golfers. Typically, they have been tested for no more that 45 days and would resemble a club that has been used for about three rounds of golf. Don’t worry—we clean these clubs before shipping them out to you.


What do I do if I am having a problem with my order?

Please check your e-mail first. An order confirmation is typically sent within 60 minutes of any purchase. If you still have a question, e-mail us, and we will make every effort to respond to your inquiry within 24–48 hours.


What is the cost for the shipping and handling?
Rates for shipping & handling and assembly are as follows:

How do I cancel my order?

Cancel requests can be sent to customer service by clicking here. Please include the date of your order and your order ID# if you have one. Your account will be credited and a cancel notice will be e-mailed to you within 48 to 72 hours (Mon–Fri).


Can I purchase items and have them shipped outside the U.S. territory?

Yes, you can have your items shipped outside the U.S.
However, an extra charge for the shipping of your product will apply. This charge will appear at checkout before your submit your payment.

Are these clubs new or are they used?

The various clubs offered here at OptinGolfer.com are "demo" clubs. This means that these clubs have been used before. However, if the item is new, the product page will mention its condition. We reserve the right to substitute products that are similar or better since inventory changes everyday.


What is the status of my order?

We process orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

You can expect you shipment within 4 to 6 weeks (estimated, not guaranteed). If your order does not arrive within this period, you may e-mail us with your order number.
